Death Benefits may be payable to spouses of teachers, special needs assistants, certain caretakers, and certain clerical officers who have died either in service, after retirement, or out of service.

How to Apply:
Contact the Pensions Unit in writing, by telephone, or email to inform the Department of Education of the death. The Pensions Unit will assess whether or not benefits may be payable.
